Not quite right? We’ll make it easy to sort.
We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, you can return or exchange your purchase within 7 business days of receiving it. Please read the policy below for details on how returns are handled.
Returns Policy
- Returns must be requested within 7 business days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging (box or sealed bag).
- We do not accept returns on:
– Medical products unless defective (due to hygiene reasons)
– Sale items, unless defective
– Excessively worn, soiled, or damaged items - The item must include all original parts, labels and accessories. Missing components may result in a reduced refund or rejection of the return.
- If the item was purchased with a discount or voucher, any refund will reflect the amount actually paid, not the full retail price.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for different sizes or styles.
- If the requested item costs more, the price difference must be paid before we process the exchange.
- If the new item costs less, we will refund you the difference.
- If the requested exchange is unavailable, you may choose a refund.
- Exchanges are arranged directly via email with our team.
Courier and Costs
- If the return is due to an error on our side (e.g. incorrect item or defect), JCP Leathers will cover all courier costs.
- If you are returning or exchanging an item for personal preference, we will still cover the courier, but repeat or excessive returns may result in handling fees being applied in future.
What is Not Considered a Defect
The following will not be accepted as reasons for a return or exchange:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by incorrect use or failure to care for the product
- Damage due to negligence, accidents or abuse
- Unauthorised alterations or repairs
- Personal dissatisfaction with style, colour, or fit if the product matches its description
- Environmental factors (e.g. sea air corrosion)

Returns Process
Please contact us via email at info@jcpleathers.co.za within 7 business days of receipt. Include your order number, a brief description of the reason for the return or exchange, and attach any photos if the item is defective or incorrect. We will provide you with next steps and arrange courier collection.
Shipping Policy
We offer free delivery on all orders within South Africa.
Delivery Times
- Orders are delivered within 2–3 business days.
- If your order is placed before 13h00, it will be dispatched on the same day.
- Orders placed after 13h00 will be dispatched on the next business day.
- The day of dispatch counts as day 1 in the delivery timeline.
Delivery Information
- Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate.
- JCP Leathers is not responsible for delays caused by:
– Incorrect or incomplete address details
– Unavailable recipients at time of delivery
– Courier delays outside our control
Delivery Method
- Deliveries are handled by a reputable national courier service.
- A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
